DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES

 

It is a legal requirement to follow the Early Years Foundation Stage EYFS with all children under 5, I do this by carefully planning activities following children’s individual needs and interest, in a well resourced, safe and caring environment. This will include indoor and outdoor play, visits and outings

Indoor Play - I provide a wide variety of age appropriate toys for indoor use.

With the playroom it is easier to tidy away one toy before getting the next one out. This helps children learn how to tidy up which is an important part of social development.

 

Outdoor Play - I have a fully enclosed garden with a variety of ride on toys, games and a trampoline with safety enclosure. I also have three rabbits which the children enjoy feeding, watching and holding. Other activities include walks, playground and other trips.
